One year, $877,500. They basically split the difference in filing figures.

The Braves also signed Jay Powell to a minor-league contract. Powell had Tommy John surgery last season and might be available sometime around midseason. Before he went down, he’d been a good pitcher more often than not.

  1. I’ve heard a lot about the Braves needing to lock up Tim Hudson or the debut but has any asked the question for how long and how much?
